1.Ensure that Companies Strategic goals are aligned with operation.
2. Advise the CEO team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
3. Production planning and resource allocation: Manage Integration of production plan, marketing plan, raw material plan and man power plan to ensure execution of orders on time and as per production plan in a cost effective manner and within the budget.
4. Continuously Review operational processes and implement improvement
5. Manage Budget and Timelines, costs, procedures.
6. Align Companys quality control procedures with that of customer quality standards.
7. Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals.
8. Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objectives.
9. Establish performance reporting systems and monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made.
10. Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good. Also conduct daily work management meeting with dept heads.
11. Ensure compliance of labour laws, safely standards and other statutory requirements.
12. Facilitate resolution of issues between departments.
13. Take charge in high-priority crisis.
14. Be the Champion of Lean management practice.
15. Devise effective cost control and cost reduction system.
16. Effectively monitor supply chain performance and vendor development.
17. Ensure timely & cost effective maintenance with stress on preventive maintenance.
